About Premier Pools

Premier Pools is an approved and preferred installer of Advance Pools and Pools for Africa fibreglass swimming pools, serving the Cape Town metropole with a focus on the Northern Suburbs, the Winelands (Paarl, Wellington, Stellenbosch), and the Helderberg area (Somerset West).

Manufacturer’s Structural Warranty

All fibreglass swimming pool shells are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (Advance Pools or Pools for Africa). Please refer to your manufacturer’s warranty documentation for full details of structural coverage.

Premier Pools 12-Month Installation Guarantee

Premier Pools guarantees the quality of our installation work and all components installed by our approved installation team for a period of 12 months from the date of installation.

This installation guarantee covers:

  • Installation workmanship
  • Relining application
  • Copings
  • Paved surrounds
  • Piping and plumbing accessories

Should any defects occur in our installation work during this period, Premier Pools will repair them free of charge for both labour and parts. This guarantee excludes all travel and accommodation costs.

Manufacturer’s Equipment Warranties

Filters, electrical motors, and other mechanical or electronic equipment are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranties.

Important Exclusions

This installation guarantee specifically excludes:

  • All gelcoat against fading and/or discolouration
  • Travel and accommodation costs
  • Damage caused by earthquakes, floods, earth movement, or other natural disasters
  • Damage from explosions, vandalism, or similar events not caused by Premier Pools
  • Defects or failures resulting from obvious mistreatment or neglect (repairs will be at the owner’s expense)

Guarantee Validity & Transfer

This installation guarantee is:

  • Non-transferable to any other party
  • Valid only when an official guarantee certificate, completed and signed by a duly authorized officer of Premier Pools, has been issued to the owner
  • Issued only upon full and final payment within seven days of practical completion
